Episode Script

A: Hello everyone, and welcome back to Healthy Minds, Healthy Days. Today, we have Min Lee with us. She’s a popular blogger, and she used to work as a psychologist. Hi, Min! Thanks for joining us.

B: Hi Daniel! I’m happy to be here.

A: Min, you mentioned routines in your last post. I'd like to start with something personal. What are your daily habits like these days?

B: Well, every morning I’ve been doing yoga, and lately I’ve been going for a walk before breakfast. I try to study Japanese and Spanish a few times a week. And actually, my best habit is keeping a short gratitude journal every night—it really helps me stay positive.

A: Nice! Now, you often talk about changing habits. Can you tell us about two old habits you quit?

B: Sure. I stopped going to bed very late, and I also quit buying unnecessary things online. Those changes helped me feel calmer and more focused.

A: Great examples! And what about new habits you’re trying to build these days?

B: Well… I’ve been trying to wake up earlier, but it’s still difficult for me. I’ve also been trying to drink more water during the day because it really improves my energy.

A: Very inspiring, Min. Thanks for sharing your journey with us.

B: Thank you for having me!
